John Elliott

Executive Chef

Born and raised in suburban Chicago, John’s passion for food started early. As a child, he spent plenty of time in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother. John’s first restaurant job was at a small pizzeria, where he started as a dishwasher and worked his way up to line cook. Most recently, he worked at a prominent River North restaurant, progressing from line cook to Sous Chef. John resides in Lincoln Park with his fiancée, daughter and two cats. In his spare time, he enjoys video games and skateboarding.
