A bold Midwestern riff on a classic. We start with our proprietary Cider Farm Pommeau—an oak-aged blend of artisanal apple brandy and fresh apple juice, rested in oak for a full year. Layered with Koval Rye, sweet vermouth, and house-made black walnut bitters, then cherrywood-smoked and poured over a single large ice cube. Complex, aromatic, and unmistakably Farm Bar.
